Tanaya Devi is a Partner and Data Science Lead at Equal Opportunity Ventures. Tanaya is an economist and data scientist who works directly with EO’s portfolio companies to design and execute data science projects, helping teams analyze and leverage internal data to improve outcomes.

In addition to her role at EO, Tanaya is a Co-Founder and Chief Intelligence Officer at Sigma Squared. Previously, she served as a Special Advisor at Reconstruction US and conducted academic research at the London School of Economics and the Centre for Microfinance.

Tanaya earned her PhD in Economics from Harvard University and an MPhil from the University of Cambridge. She also holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
