Izzy Newman-Sanders is Chief of Staff at Equal Opportunity Ventures, where she works to advance firm-wide priorities and support founders across the portfolio.

Prior to joining EO, Izzy was a Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in London, where she delivered strategy consulting projects advising on due diligence, operational improvement, and growth strategy. Alongside her role at L.E.K., Izzy was Committee Lead for Advance Pro Bono, where she originated pro bono consulting projects with charities and social enterprises. She has also held fellowships and roles with Amplify Capital, Bridges Outcomes Partnerships, and the Garrison Institute.

Izzy holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School, and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Modern Languages from the University of Oxford.
